Our own Parmesan chicken with marinara or alfredo sauce, cheesy penne pasta with Italian sausage, marinated vegetable salad and an anti-pasta display. Served with tossed Caesar salad, fresh baked garlic bread and coffee.

SMOKE STACK BUFFET
Sliced smoked Brisket of Beef, house smoked BBQ Pork Ribs, Buttermilk Parmesan breast of chicken and smoked jalapeno ch.edd.ar sausage.. Hot potato salad and vegetables dujour. Served with a tossed salad, two dressings coleslaw, fresh baked rolls, butter and coffee.

COURTYARDS CLASSIC
Herb roasted Pork Loin with apple bacon sage dressing and sauteed turkey tenderloin in bearnaise sauce, au gratin potatoes and vegetables du jour. Served with a tossed salad, two dressings, pasta salad, fresh fruit tray, fresh baked rolls, butter and coffee.

THE PRIME CUT
Herb roasted choice prime rib and sauteed chicken breast with out Chef's personal white wine sauce, herb roasted baby reds and vegetables du jour. Served with a tossed salad, two dressings, pasta salad, sliced seasonal fresh fruit tray, fresh baked rolls, butter and coffee.

THE PREMIER
Roasted bacon infused carved New York strip loin and sauteed chicken breast with our Chef's personal white wine sauce, salmon fillets, roasted baby red potatoes and vegetables du jour. Served with a tossed salad, two dressings, pasta salad, sliced seasonal fruit tray, fresh baked rolls, butter and coffee.
