CLASSIC COBB SALAD
Mixed greens with ham, turkey, bacon, avocado, fresh green beans, diced egg, tomato and bleu cheese crumbles served with ranch dressing.

CHEF SALAD
Swiss and American cheese, julienne ham, turkey, black olives, tomatoes and eggs over fresh garden greens choice of dressing.

ORIENTAL CHICKEN SALAD
Mix of mandarin oranges, cabbage, crispy Asian noodles, toasted almonds and marinated chicken breast served with oriental dressing.

CHICKEN OR TUNA SALAD PLATE
Chicken or tuna served in our decorative twin cut tomatoes, accompanied by fresh sliced season fruit.

FRUIT PLATE
Sliced seasonal fruit and berries. Served with muffins and a side of cottage cheese.

OR EGG SALAD CROISSANT
Chicken salad, Tuna salad or Egg salad and lettuce on a large croissant; garnished with fresh sliced fruit.

DAGWOOD CLUB
Bacon, turkey and ham served on a split bun with American cheese, lettuce and tomato.

CHICKEN PHILLY
Marinated chicken breast served on a bun with melted cheese, onions, peppers and mushrooms.

THE INDUSTRIAL BURGER
An 8oz. Burger topped with bacon, Swiss cheese and mushrooms; served open faced with lettuce, sauerkraut, red onions and green pepper slices.

BROILED STEAK SANDWICH
A 6oz. Sirloin steak served on grilled French bread, with sauteed mushrooms and onions.

DEEP FRIED WALLEYE SANDWICH
Deep fried walleye with American cheese, tartar sauce and a side of coleslaw.

SMOKED TURKEY
Tender sliced smoked turkey and cheese on a grilled hoagie with mayonnaise on the side.

Sandwiches are served with choice of chips, French fries or a fruit cup

One quarter chicken in Chef's own wine sauce, served with mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

SALISBURY STEAK
Salisbury steak in Chef's own mushroom sauce with mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

WALLEYE
Fillet of walleye lightly breaded, accompanied with wild rice and seasonal vegetables.

NEW YORK STRIP
Strip steak napped with bordelaise sauce, served with oven roasted baby reds and seasonal vegetables.

YANKEE POT ROAST
Flavor of New England, featuring slow cooked beef and vegetables served over egg noodles.

SKEWERED STEAK AND SHRIMP BAJA
Carne asada served with refried beans and Spanish rice, shredded lettuce and pico dica atop a fried tortilla shell.

JADE BUFFET
Marinated flank steak, grilled chicken breast, roasted baby red potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
